It’s Tillamook County Fair time, which changes the vendors at our market a bit as several vendors are busy with 4-H kids and grandkids, market animals and much more.
NEW vendors joining us — Suncatcher Heaven brought the sunshine last week and it’s going to be very summer-like again. Karla’s Smokehouse is back with her “nobody-does-smoked-fish-like Karla” selection of salmon and tuna.
Produce Vendors Stocked Up

The bounty of summer has truly kicked in with Kingfisher Farms, R-evolution Gardens, and Merry’s Garden featuring more and more fresh, locally grown vegetables. Berry Fresh and A&B Farms have a variety (different each week) of berries and fruit, too.
Peaches & Energy Healing Specials
They’re finally here, says Yuri of Crepe Neptune. We’ve been waiting all summer for delivery of fresh peaches from Baird Family Orchards. Crepe Neptune will feature fresh peaches, vanilla cream, whipped cream and powdered sugar crepes this Friday. Yum!

Rainbow Lotus Healing Center is offering astrological and intuitive energy healing mini-sessions for $1.00/minute. Glenna Gray will be sharing her paintings at the Rainbow Lotus booth.

Always Good Stuff

The vegetables are finally starting to make an appearance at the market. Shoppers will find more varieties and the produce vendors stocked up. You don’t have to get to the market at opening time to get the “good stuff” — our produce vendors have plenty, and rarely run out — there’s plenty for everyone. Now the same thing cannot be said for the pies from Nehalem Bay Pie Company — they regularly sell out, but you can always visit their retail store on Manzanita Ave. for your favorite pie. The guest winery will be Gino Cuneo and Manzanita Fresh Foods will be sampling a variety of cheeses and specialty foods. The Manzanita Farmers Market — it’s the place to be on Friday evenings from 5 to 8 pm. See you there!

Market Season Underway

The Manzanita Farmers Market’s 4th season has started off with sunny skies for the first two markets. Everyone is excited and anticipating a BIG weekend with the 4th of July holiday coming up. The market will be full of delights — berries and more berries, cheeses from the Manzanita Deli, treats from Pod Chocolate, wonderful wines from Basketcase Wines, yummy baked goods from LlamaMama and Handycreek Bakeries and much more! Join us every Friday from 5 to 8 pm.
