The Manzanita Farmers Market (MFM) hosts a Friday evening market from June through September in Manzanita. The MFM hosts vendors who make or produce their wares within 100 miles of Manzanita, including farms, artisans, wineries, non-profits, and community groups. About 2000 customers attend each of 19 market dates each summer including local residents and many visitors to the area. Our mission statement is:

Why sponsor the Manzanita Farmers Market?
The farmers market is an important community gathering space for people of all ages. The market creates an outlet for our local farmers and artisans, helping agriculture to thrive and local businesses to grow. It provides a stage for musicians and an audience for community organizations. Your sponsorship will increase your visibility and support a beloved community institution!
What are the benefits of being a market sponsor?
Sponsor Board: All sponsors contributing at least $100 are highlighted on the MFM Sponsor Board. We will use your logo, or the image of your choice, in proportion to the size of your sponsorship. The board will be displayed at every market in a visible location.
Sponsor of the week highlight: Sponsors contributing at least $250 will be featured on a sandwich board with the “Sponsor of the week” at least once during the season. We will also do a social media post thanking you and highlighting you or your business!
Flyers: Sponsors contributing at least $100 can drop off flyers or business cards to be displayed in the MFM info booth
Website: All sponsors will have their name and logo listed on the MFM website for the duration of 2025.
What will my sponsorship money be used for?
The market is a non-profit community benefit organization. Your sponsorship helps to cover our operating expenses, allowing us to keep the market active and thriving.
Much of our sponsorship money will be used to increase SNAP match funds. The market accepts SNAP benefits (formerly food stamps), and we offer a state-funded match that gives shoppers up to $20 extra to spend at the market. This year, we are funding our own additional match, so that shoppers spending $20 in SNAP benefits receive $60 to spend at the market, every week!
This makes the market more accessible to our local community, since it allows people to stretch their SNAP dollars further and gives an extra incentive to shop at the market. The money spent at the market goes directly to our vendors, further supporting local agriculture and food production.
We started the match with a $1000 donation from Fulcrum, but it’s been very popular and our goal is to fund this extra match for the entire season. Your sponsorship will help make that a reality!
